The suite was spacious and comfortable, but the food quality was disappointing.

Fairly clean place with incredibly beautiful views and nice and absolutely perfect location between the mountains. Plenty of outstanding food for meals. Well decorated rooms, exceptionally comfortable bed. Location very close to Chania and Bali center. Plus, 10 minutes drive from Paralia Mpali.

central stay near fine beaches and historic monasteries

The hotel is perfectly positioned to explore beautiful beaches like livadi, just a little over 2 km away, and the historic attali monastery, also within easy walking distance, making my weekend city strolls enjoyable.

The view from the room was fine. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the Two-Bedroom Suite Swim Up. It had two proper bedrooms and an ensuite pool that was great. There were issues worth noting. The drink options at the all-inclusive weren't the best, and the cocktail quality left something to be desired. The baby pool area required more attention. It had debris floating around. Customer service was also a bit hit or miss. One staff member stood out, Stelios, who was warm and accommodating. We noticed limited meal variety .

Food quality left a lot to be desired. Breakfast options felt stale and poorly managed, with items like fried eggs hard enough to be weaponized. Issues with cleanliness were noticeable, including unmade beds and persistent debris in the baby pool area, suggesting a lack of proper upkeep. Limited entertainment options, forcing guests to venture out for activities. The all-inclusive drink selections were underwhelming, discouraging enjoyment during meals.

Poolside snack bar was great, and the massage treatments were very relaxing. Food options could improve.

The hotel offers wonderfully equipped suites that allowed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast provided a lovely variety of fresh produce, and the pool area was serene with stunning mountain views. A car is advantageous for exploring the area, yet the charm of Bali is within walking distance.

The location offered amazing mountain views which added to the serene atmosphere. The spacious size of the Two-Bedroom Suite Swim Up worked excellently for our family, providing ample space for everyone. Stelios, the hotel manager with his energetic and warm hospitality.
